Policies

ONLINE BOOKING
To make sure you have your best experience ever, we work by appointment to ensure we have the necessary time for your needs. Walk-ins are always welcome but not guaranteed. 
We've made booking online simple and easy for you. Just select the service, date, time, and artist and simply follow the instructions on the screen. Note, if you do not have an artist preference, one will be automatically selected for you.
For groups of 4 or more wanting to be booked together, please call the nail club


REBOOKING
We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon, so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule and maintain your healthy nails.
CHIP FIX
The Nail Club guarantees you a flawless polish application for up to three (3) days. After this period, there will be a charge for any repairs. Please contact us for more information.


BOOKING POLICIES
We require a credit card to secure all appointments
We accept all major forms of payment - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Cash.


CANCELATION POLICY
We understand that life gets busy and last-minute changes can happen. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us a call or you can easily cancel or change your appointment through your account online. 24hrs in advanced in order to avoid a 50% late cancelation or rescheduling fee of the original service booked.


NO SHOW FEE
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without contacting the salon or canceling online, you will be subject to paying 100% of the services


LATE ARRIVALS
We have a 15min grace period. If you arrive later, your services may need to be modified. 


GIFT CARDS 
Buy a gift card online and send to your love one at any time. Or buy in store and receive a lovely gift wrap.
All gift cards are valid for 6months, available to use for any service and purchase from our variety of products and merchandise. Note, gift cards may not be used to tip.
